Submit Work

There are 3 steps to getting your work on the Ad Diner menu.

  1. Submit your work (see instructions below.)
  2. After the submitted work passes our creative review, we will send you a more detailed form to fill out. This will ask for information about illustrations, photos, talent, etc. (where applicable.) This is also where you will determine the pricing.
  3. We will send you a formal contract to sign that spells out all terms, royalties and any expenses. You will need to return the signed contract with the editable files that we can use.

Submitting your work to the Ad Diner for review

  1. Sign up as an agency/production source or freelancer, so we have your information on file.
  2. Email submissions to subs@AdDiner.com using the following guidelines:

    Send a separate email for each ad you submit.

    In the Subject line, put your company name (or your name, if you are a freelancer), short title, and the number of emails.

    For example:

    Subject: ABC Advertising, red car ads, 1 of 3

    If you are submitting multiple campaigns, give each a different title, and send each separately.
    Please use the same title in the filename for each ad in a campaign. Examples:

    red_car_tv_1.mp4
    red_car_print_1.pdf
    red_car_print_2.pdf
    red_car_radio_1.mp3

  3. Remember to include your contact info (name, phone, email) in your email message
  4. Attach samples of the work being submitted. PDFs for print, MP3s for radio, small Quicktime or Windows Media files for video. Please keep your files under 5MB.

    Please name your files using the same name as the subject line of the email. It is often a good idea to zip your attachments before sending them.

    Alternately you can send files by ftp or mail. To send files by ftp, contact us for instructions. To send by mail, send a disc to:

  5. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours letting you know we received your submissions.
